Sitting Ducks Recognize Simple Idea of Captioning Pictures is Really Funny

Hello there!

Once again, I'm extremely bored right now. I'm also trying to do something else other than what I'm supposed to do right now.

So, I decided to bring up some sites/affiliates of those sites that have really funny pictures.

A picture may be worth a thousand words, but it takes a few people to figure out what they are so they can share it to the world.

Let's begin:

First off, we have lolcats. It's been around for a while, and there's more than one site for lols like these, but pictures of cats conveying human expressions and clever captions are still pretty funny.

Next, there's lolcelebs. Like lolcats, this is with movie, TV, and celebrity pictures. Some pictures can be funny by themselves, but seriously, these captions help. Maybe you can make some yourself.

By the way, the sites I'm showing you now are all kinda linked together. Some other funny picture captioning sites are shown that I won't mention, but they really do pass time when you're bored. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Anyhow, the Fail Blog shows all things full of fail. 'Nuff said about that one, haha. Note: Beware of some "mature" pictures.

And finally, Engrish in that site and this one shows all things wrong in spelling and grammar from other countries, mostly Asian ones. I don't think Asians should be offended by these, we all make mistakes. After all, English really isn't their first language for the majority of the Asia. Yes, really funny.

Well, that's all I got right now. I should go back into doing mundane things, but I feel like napping a little longer, LOL.

Also, make sure to laugh everyday! It really is the best medicine.

New Study Finds that Wandering Minds Actually End Up Somewhere

I'm quite bored right now. Very, very bored.

I'm not entirely sure how to escape this boredom...I've tried playing games, continuing to listen to my music, doing some homework, and so on.

Wait, I think that last one would just make me even more bored and sleepy.

Speaking of sleep, I've been having trouble getting some for the past few weeks. I don't think I have some serious, fatal disorder, but it does bother me quite so. I don't fall asleep very easily (it takes me around a half an hour to fall asleep, possibly even longer), but part of it's because I land in bed at a time that I'm not very sleepy. I'd like to go to sleep, though, but my mind is telling my body no or something.

There's also the thing where I get up in the middle of the night and I find it hard to fully go back to sleep. I hate it when that happens, especially when it's at about the same time of the night/early morning.

I don't think it should bother me entirely. Insomnia probably strikes everyone at least once. Heh.

Dunno, felt like sharing something. After all, I am pretty bored. Maybe I should take a nap. LOL

Mythical Fairy Monster Turns Snow Into 2 Atoms of Hydrogen and Oxygen Bonded

Hmm...I feel like writing something about spring, so I guess I will.

It's nice that spring is finally here. Honestly, I think it's not technically spring until the "cold" is completely gone. But, the alignment of whatnot says that it's spring, so it is. I kind of enjoy it, though, because I can finally put the jackets in the closet, although I still need to use them sometimes because morning is a bit chilly.

Spring is probably my favorite season, next to winter. Spring is the perfect weather for jeans and a t-shirt, while I love winter because I love wearing hoodies, and keeping myself warm with a bunch of soft blankets I have at home.

I also look forward to rain. I love it! Especially the smell.

Blah, nothing much to say right now, except that it's nice that winter has finally come to an end.

Anorexic Truckers Crash Into Heap of Purple-Loving Tortoises

See what I mean about consistency? lol.

Anyhow, I did mean to blog about some more things about life and whatnot. This entry I've been meaning to type since the other day, so I hope the thoughts are still slightly fresh from my mind.

---

Stanford. Harvard. Princeton.

Some of the biggest names when it comes to colleges. There's tons more out there. No wait, I lie. There are supposed to be way more colleges other than the above three I mentioned above that are good colleges in general. Sure, you can think of more hotshot universities: Yale, Duke, Georgetown, you name it.

Does any parent even think about the OTHER colleges out there that can benefit their child's education and future career? Ever thought about doing some research and finding another college that's as good (or, maybe even just almost as good) as the overexposed colleges we see on TV, movies, and other sources of media?

That's the problem I kind of face right now. I'm not going to mention my age, but I'll tell you all that it's always Stanford, Harvard, Stanford, Harvard. It almost makes me sick to my stomach every time I hear those college names from my parents. It's nice that they're thinking about my future, but how about somewhere else? The only reason why they're mentioning them is because the schools are always exposed in the media, by word of mouth, and so on. I almost feel bad for other colleges that don't have a big of a name, being that they aren't a bad school, but just underappreciated like some other hundreds or thousands of universities here.

There's also my small chance that I'll be accepted. It'd be nice to go to some of those "big" schools, but come on. There's other schools out there that can help me reach my goal in getting an awesome, money-making, life-saving health career. You gotta think about application costs as well, requirements, the idea of pestering your high school teachers to write you letters of recommendation, writing an essay or two per application. And what, seniors apply to how many schools? At least three-ish? Maybe even way more?

I'm just saying, a school cannot define you as a person. You, yourself, define YOU. Sadly, though, people don't always see that.

I also think the phrase "diamond in the rough" can help with this entry.
